Monday Weigh in 7/11/11

 Well I weigh in this morning and I have lost another 5lbs. I feel like I could have lost so much more. I cheat last night and had 2 regular sodas and pizza, I also ate to much pancakes with syrup and pasta. I need to watch portion control. All together I have lost 20 lbs so far.

Still not exercising.

   I have not been exercising, but I have been using portion control. I also have been eating more fresh fruits and vegetables.I really need to start adding in the exercise. It's just so hard to get started, and it's so HOT right now.I will weigh myself this coming Monday. I pray I have lost some more weight.

Monday Weigh In

       I have lost 5 more lbs, that's a total of 15 so far. You can't tell by looking at me that I have lost anything.I did cheat a few times this week.I ate firehouse subs, and Mac Donald's. I also haven't started exercising or lifting weights yet. I do feel good about my progress.

Still not exercising

 I have still not done any exercise.I have been eating healthy, tonight I made baked fish, potatoes and green beans from our garden. I know I need to exercise. I'm going to make myself tomorrow. I think ounce I start I'll be fine. My blood pressure and cholesterol are high. I need to make a life change. My asthma is also being effected by the extra weight. I really don't want to have to take any more meds than I already do. I keep praying for God to help me, and I know He will. I feel him with me :)

Exercise

 I just can't seem to find the energy to exercise.It's so hot out right now,I know I am making excuses but still can't seem to get motivated. Eating healthy is going well. I am having a hard time with no diet soda. Today is day three with no soda. Dinner last night was stuffed green peppers. Half a green pepper stuffed with extra lean beef,rice,tiny bit of corn, held together with blended fresh tomatoes and spices.Yummy! Bonus the green peppers and tomatoes where from our garden.

Dinner tonight

 Dinner tonight will be shrimp, black beans,corn, lime juice over a salad. My snack tonight will be watermelon. Since I have stopped the diet soda's, I will be drinking water with lemon.

Weigh in

 Well I just weighed myself and I have lost 10 lbs, so far. The last time I weighed myself was about two weeks ago. I stopped using artificial sweeteners awhile ago, but today is my first day without diet sodas.

Day one 6/13/2011

 This is my first time I have ever had a blog. I'm really hoping I set it up correctly. I will weight myself later today and post if I have gained, stayed the same or lost weight. I am obese. I have a lot of weight to loose, well over 100 pounds.I will not be posting what I weigh at this time, only what I lose. I will try and post a picture later so you can see where I am starting from. I have started to eat better this week. Cutting out junk food, but haven't started to exercise yet.
